Telstra Wholesale ISDN 2 is an ISDN basic rate service which converts an existing analogue telephone into two digital lines, giving you two distinct phone numbers.
ISDN 10/20/30 is Telstra Wholesale's ISDN Primary Rate Access service and usually consists of between 10 and 30 information/B channels and a control/D channel.

UNI-V stands for Universal Network Interface – Voice, which is the port on an NBN device such as the NTU (Network Termination Unit), which allows customers to connect their handsets and receive an Analogue Voice service. It is also the port that supports battery backup. This capability is only delivered over the FTTP (Fibre To The Premises) network and only FTTP services are affected by this change.
Existing Analogue Voice services will continue to operate. New voice services will continue to be available with a compatible gateway via UNI-D (Universal Network Interface – Data).
Please ensure you understand that battery backup will also no longer be available from 15 October 2020 because this service is not compatible with UNI-D voice services. For the cease sale, please be aware that you will no longer be able to order the nbn Analogue Voice service via LOLO, as the option will be removed.

Number Redirection allows you to redirect calls from a disconnected fixed service number to another active fixed or mobile number on the Telstra network. It also provides the option of having an RVA played to callers to the old numbers (either instead of redirecting the call or before it is redirected).
When customers call 1225, they can ask an operator on the line to help find an international phone number.
On and from 1 October 2020, customers will no longer be able to call 1225 and request an operator to help them find an international phone number. They can now use online services such as whitepages.com.au to search for an international phone number.
Megalink is a high-speed digital, point-to-point, raw transmission service which transmits at 2.048 megabits per second. Provided over fibre or copper, Megalink carries high-speed data transmission as well as voice, facsimile and image communications. Your 3G 2100 MHz mobile device will need to be replaced with a device that is compatible with 4G or the 850 MHz layer on Telstra’s 3G mobile service.

The Premium SMS feature allows your end users to access a variety of Premium SMS services from third party content providers. Premium rate short message services (SMS) allow content providers to offer value-added services to mobile phone consumers using more memorable numbers. Services include specialist weather information, competition entry, ring-tones and wallpapers. These services have been offered in Australia in the number ranges beginning with 18 and 19.
On and from the 31 October 2020, end users will be unable to access Premium SMS services.
SMS 1234 - An operator assisted search service that connects you to a person, business or government body, and provides information ranging from numbers and email addresses to street directions, sports scores, movie times and other facts.
SMS 12456 - An operator connects you to the business, person or government body you’re looking for and can provide other information such as a business’s website or email address
End users texting these numbers will receive an automated reply that refers them to whitepages.com.au, yellowpages.com.au or a general internet search in order to retrieve the information.

Customers can continue to dial into 1223 and 12456 to get the information that they need.
